Do you find the tilt effect on the app screens distracting or annoying at all? It just seems like it might be sort of nauseating if everything moves all the time with just a little movement of the iDevice. Like motion-sickness.

It makes no real difference to me.
The movement can be disabled under accessibility settings.

I think it's decent but I'd much prefer iOS 6. It runs rather slowly on my iPhone 4 (CDMA).

I almost never update firmware on mobile devices, it's a pain in the ass and almost never worth it. Something always ****s up.
