Number of Squad Members Recieving 1k Hat - 3

I got the Company 1k, despite not being there except 700-880 or so.
I felt bad when a kid raged and quit Graal because I got a hat.

Saddens me..

No where does it say you HAVE to have 25 players given the hat. It should be up to the guild leader. If there were only 5 main players, then they receive it. If the guild leader chooses to not give out 25 hats, then they don't. Let the amount be anything they decide, but 25 is the limit, no more.

20 hat spots is good. For example, Andy (Myst) has too many loyal members. He doesn't know who will have the 1k hat.

25 is good. Whoever is stupid enough to exchange hat or give it to their friends is their choice. If they wanna give it to a hat chaser, it's their choice. It's their own stupidity.

Or you be smart and request an income of 3 graalets for every member that is holding that planet and is on the planet. I would take that over a hat or a gun skin any day.
