We do not hire on favoritism. Period. All applicants must submit a application which nothing is certain on if they will be chosen. Everyone is given a fair chance. The only perk of knowing a staff member is that they know your name and your personality, it doesn't give you a ticket onto RC.

I heard you hired your sister on Zone when there was actually no official hirings. Isnt this called "favoritism" ? I dont blame you at all, I would have hired my sister too (lol)
