I'd say you need 6.5k for a decent gun. Probably the flower gun... If you had enough the streamer is one of the best guns but its 14k, so it's up to you... But the flower gun is all you need really...  

All u need to get a good start is 10$but be smart about what u buy and only take advice from experienced players.  

Rot is correct. YOU MUST TAKE ADVICE AND USE IT WELL. But $10 seems enough. $15 card will get you guns, and what you want (Pet, VIP, Dances, ETC...).
