I believe you can travel abroad at 16.
Where I live, and most places in US, you can work part time jobs at grocery stores / fast food.

I am not saying she is, or is not older than 18, just that your reaons are all invalid.

It must be in certain sates in america e.g texas but you cant go aborad under 18 in britain unsuprevised
