Let me know of other MMO's that allow you to upload your own graphics to customize your player to look any way you want(within adherence to the rules) and have it live and in the game usually within the hour/day.

I'm not saying the system is perfect, it has its flaws and usually most decisions have to be made objectively so can vary from reviewer to reviewer... but I don't think you guys give the system the credit it deserves.

Yes, sometimes these things happen, but can you name an MMO who is willing to let ANY player join the staff team regardless of how experienced they are or not and then allow those players to monitor the game? You don't get banned asking for help you get banned because of how you asked for it, stop believing every story you hear about bans because people constantly lie about them.

If the admin is as bad as you claim then they get dealt with accordingly and that hiring committee hires on what they hear because they don't care about experience they care about someone being good enough to know what they're doing and what their mindset is like, if you have ever applied for a job in the real world at your age the hiring process is the same as it is on Graal pretty much.

Probably just mad you didn't get hired, also every MMO has issues and a lot of them are way worse than the ones Graal experiences.

They don't care about experience because they want to give them experience, also tell me how does one gain experience being a staff member for an online MMO if they can never get hired for not having any? Your logic is so stupid and they do get dealt with if you report issues, I've seen numerous staff members get fired for being idiots. Just because everything doesn't go your way does not mean it's the staffs fault for being 'stupid'.

That's what i'm talking about...Graal takes random kids...try to "train" them...and when they are done...they simply leave.It's not a logic bud,it's the truth.
I'm sure you know that "thing" that happened in the gs room...There were 2 admins there.And they actually enjoyed it insted of taking an action.

Just so you know...bitchiness and complaining are 2 completely different things...and i ain't complaining.

I think Axel74 quit, he hasn't been online for over 50 days on both his player and staff account. I think that the only admin I see online is Shaydox the rest are never online, and if they are it's probably because they logged on the application on accident, because admins are supposed to do anything right?

Leah is online sometimes too.
Although, I have to say that I ain't that active anymore so I don't really know who's online all the time and who's not.

Lies. When I try to refund the body I got on halloween I only get 2500 back.
Body - 10000
Body Halloween - 5000

Exactly, if you're the one who refunded the body from haloween's 50% on uploads, you get 50% back from the price you paid.
5000 x 0.5 = 2500

Graal is an MMO, therefor it's fair to compare it to other MMO's. However I wasn't comparing it to other MMO's... I was contrasting it to other MMO's. I was pointing out the actual uniqueness of Graal and its uploading system, and how players are so quick to whine over something when no other MMO offers it.  

@MBK Pretty sure Jagex (Runescape) and Blizzard (WoW) have banned players before for asking for help the wrong way.

No game foks up their tournament brackets...their ONLY SINGLE Tournament brackets...
The best thing is that they don't even accept it.We are scared to pm Admins. That maybe they would ban us if we spamed them a little. (If they donot reply...we have to spam obviously...only they can help us.)

WoW has a good Admin committee... they reply to your Complaints and feedbacks more quickly and efficiently...I'm sure they don't ban for spamming...
tbh,it never goes to that point at which the player would have to spam them.

Again, no one gets banned for PMing staff, and I highly doubt anyone gets banned for sending too many PMs(unless the staff told them to stop, or the player got disruptive/vulgar). If you have proof I'd love to see it. If these sort of things do happen then they should be dealt with... but most of the time when a player complains about unjust bans they always conveniently leave out the side of the story where they actually do break rules.

I've heard plenty of horror stories about WoW support. Also, WoW doesn't even allow players to personally message staff in-game... you have to send a support e-mail. It's one of those things players take for granted... being able to have a direct line of communication with staff. Then they feel entitled that staff should have to respond to them personally instead of them using proper forms of support like e-mails. Every player thinks their problem is more important than every other player.

Incase you didn't know, we don't even know who's staff anymore since you removed the sign in the FAQ Kiosk. Therefore, we can't "personally message staff" unless we have them on our friend list, or remember their names from the sign (which was removed, for no reason). Also, when you PM an admin they rarely respond to you, because they are to busy to 'socialize'...and if truly weren't biased you'd know that the Graal Police system could improve dramatically.
