You have to remember to stress that they will not be getting any hats this year because they've been bad. Make sure to watch the tears well up in their eyes as that's the key to asserting your dominance.

Allowing SoN to live. There was a point when Voyage was strong enough to completely destroy SoN before they had 1k. We could had stopped them right when they were starting. I even put some effort into it because they were a nuisance always attacking us and they use lag to block entrances.

If only I took it more seriously, son would be a dead guild atm with only 50 hours.
