I'll probably have another transformation video at the end of 2016.

Your video really inspired me . I have an average BMI and I am very weak (like I can only do 20 push ups). How long every day should I do these exercises? What kind of diet should I do (if any)?

I'm scrawny and ashamed. But this has somewhat inspired me!

You should at least have two break days a week, it's up to you to decide when those days are, but I suggest splitting them up from each other. I do one chest + arm day, then after that I do a leg day, repeat. For chest/arm days I did as follows: Spoiler
Leg Day Spoiler
This is what I did as a beginner, like I said I pushed myself really hard. Looks like my goal has been reached then! ![]() If you guys stay subscribed then you'll see guides in a few weeks. It would help

be careful adding weight! Doing workouts with large weights has been show to build muscles, yes, but it also can tighten muscles. Be careful adding too much weight to it, your better off most of the time doing more reps with less weight. |

But yes. honestly, a little more weight + your same reps/sets is the best option to go. It helps make your old sets easier so you can progress to more advanced ones. |

This is like, really inspiring reading and watching over it again, makes me want to start working out again. I have no muscle, basically what The Doctor said describes me. Normal, healthy BMI, 5'2 and 110-115 pounds, so I'm hoping to get a bit healthier, and this looks like an enjoyable route! |

Really nice video,, I've recently gotten into martial arts and have been building up a home workout/gym station for it. For now I've just been focusing on weights and cardio (I have a chest/heart condition so I need to build up really really good cardio so I can workout longer and fight the invisible bad guys when doing MA). I also have an awkward bone structure due to a deformation of the rib cage so working on that area is harder than it should be but I'll definitely be doing calisthenics soon, and leg day which I've been skipping every chance I get. Are you on a specific diet or anything? I'm a terrible eater and I've only been eating once or twice a day which probably isn't helping much. |

I just ate whatever and usually burned it off just as much. But yeah dude! Whenever I get another video made I'll make a new thread so it'll help you. |
