No, notice how the Japanese eyes are wider:

This is the difference I see in their eyes.

Lol every Asian has different eyes regardless of their race. Their eyes are just small/big depending on if they have single eyelids or double eyelids. And a lot of Asian women from Asian countries(mostly Japan & Korea) went under the knife to enhance their eyes to look more American...probably like the girl in the picture. Plus, that girl has eye make-up on in the picture so of course her eyes would look bigger compared to the baby's eyes. But anyways, yea it is easy to tell between a Chinese & Japanese person xD.
