Players aren't allowed to transfer the hours/kills etc of other accts to their own, why should they be able to with gangs?

Yes they can. It's called an account transfer

No they cannot do it if it's not their account.  

The whole point is if GETS is allowed to combine for whatever reason, that anynother gang should be able to combine with their "subs".

They should not be rewarded for buying a scammed gang.

(snk I found a big glitch about our gang hat. Ppl can save it to their character slot and keep it forever even they kicked from my gang!)

My old Obsidian had 3700 hours Mayu so please be quiet. If GETS was given enough hours to pass you I bet you would flip.  

Did Obsidian get their 3000 hours back? It's unfair there gang keeps being traded around to people that don't deserve it.
