Hmm.
To anyone who wants to help with levels:

Really dark, deserted, sort of crumbling. Looks deserted. Areas for booths are marked with some sort of border. Occassionally some stragly looking npc with some sort of cryptic message that means nothing
You know, black market. Shades of gray, rotting things, building's falling apart. Probably a elevator that looks in bad shape.

So a lot of npcs... ok I'll start working on it in my free time

This looks cool. Although to me it seems like a trade system like the grand exchange on runescape would b better... Just a thought!  

Will the stores be owned by players or npcs?  

Npcs cant own stores.  

By that, I meant just scripts running the stores.
