It would be impossible, everything you'd make you'd have to get permission from Nintendo to use it. Which they probably won't allow it.

I don't need permission from Nintendo for anything. I'm not using: their graphics, their title, their name, their scripting, and not even really their gameplay, so what exactly do I need permission for?

yes, but if someone blatantly copies something thats obviously from another game it would be scrutinized and looked down upon.

I see, idk if I would've made the title pokemon themed server because everyone is and has been making every comparison to pokemon.

I would just call this a pet/companion server

I know, I've got a name now though. But I mean, pokemon is the closest thing anyone here can relate to, although it'll be more like being a WoW hunter who specializes in Beast Mastery

Whatever do what you feel is right, maybe you won't have any copyrighting issues, maybe you will. Just don't come crying to anyone when the server may get shut down.

Thats literally like saying Medal of Honor will get in trouble because Call of Duty is more popular.

Is the server opened yet to test it out? Just don't be dumb and release it when Delteria comes out, it would ruin it all.

Its just one of iNanas ideas and its not sure that he will even move on with its development
