To transfer a guild I'm pretty sure both the leader and the recipient have to agree.

If I could actually contact him there would be no reason for me wanting the guild. And no I'm not trying to steal it, I was one of the founders of equinox. It disappoints me that the guild is dead.

Spar score yes, but tower time no. If you think about it tower time for a guild is the history of it's previous successors amount of time they held it for and it's passed along to the next leader. Spar score you have to maintain and keep getting up while tower time just stays there and doesn't go up or down if untouched.

So you're suggesting that in a few months time, anybody who likes should be able to steal PULSE with their 2000+ hours?

That depends on your definition of a "few". I think if the leader is inactive for 200 or 300 days the guild goes to someone else. That's a fair amount of time considering 200 days is 6 months and 300 is 10 months. If the person is going to be gone for a long period of time because they're grounded or something they should give leadership to someone else until they return.  

Answer the question: would it be fair for leadership of PULSE to go to somebody else?

Also Rogue's been gone for way over a year anyway.

Yes. He's not doing anything with it so it should go to someone else. If he wanted to keep it just for himself to be displayed on the scoreboard all he has to do is log in once in awhile.  

I honestly wasn't expecting that whatsoever, but I guess I'll disagree. It is his guild, and he worked hard for the towers with a close-knit group of people that became or were his friends. I don't think taking the guild away from those people who worked so hard is fair, and I don't think it can be justified. Some, if not most of those people are gone now, but I think and hope the entire iClassic community respects them, and stealing their guild and tower time isn't exactly showing them the respect they deserve.

I do respect the tower guilds and their leaders who work hard to earn that time. However, if they're not active or at least signing on Graal once in awhile it should go to someone else who will make it active again. I think they should add an option in the guild called "History". It would have pages of it's past leaders and when you clicked on the leader it would show how many hours that person got for the guild when they were leader. This would only work though if the server kept track of this stuff. Regardless if this was added or not I'm still standing by it going to someone else.

After a certain amount of days spent consecutively offline while holding a guild leadership position, a guild leader is refunded and the guild disbanded, manually of course. This means that some may slip past moderation, and the staff team need only be reminded of this fact.

I do not like this sentence.. When Rogue left and everyone was dancing around him begging him to stay, I talked with him for a little while. He made it very clear that his guild reached its goal and would successfully retire. I don't think it would be favorable for the guild itself if some other player was given the chance (without the original leader's consent) to rebuild the guild from the bottom up again.

I also think many other guilds would agree with this fact, unless of course all they want is another prize for their guild fort towers or whatever..

I meant like an automated system. I already knew the staff took care of someone the inactive guilds, but I don't know how many days they consider it inactive or how often they clear them.

An automatic system would get rid of most, if not all inactive guilds that slip past administration. However, I can see possible, yet unlikely events occurring. Perhaps someone actually stopped playing the game for a few years, and decided to start up again. Perhaps finding out that a guild they lead is now owned by some random person across the world isn't the most pleasant of ways to return to the game. As much as I would like to agree with you, there is no way to completely negate the possibility of a problem to occur..

Not trying to sound like I'm heartless or anything, but if someone leaves that long they really should lose the guild so someone else can have it. I know this is a community and a lot of people know each other which is one reason why I'm going to get disagreement here, but there are new players coming and others who would like to do towers and continue the legacy of some already started. If the person has good morals they will give the guild back to the person if they return although people may not know the previous leaders. The disbanding of guilds doesn't benefit me in the slightest, but for people who were founders or helped the guild probably would like to continue it like this guy who posted this thread.

One of the major issues about a guild getting disband is you don't know if it's going to end in a random guys possession who doesn't do anything with it like you stated. It's also bad to treat guilds with more tower hours more important than other guilds that could hold different values. This is honestly giving me a headache because I'm agreeing and disagreeing with myself at the same time.  

I agree with you guys.
If frost said he was retiring the guild I would not be trying to take it. I've waited almost a year for him to comeback and nothing. Guilds that retire = stay retired. Frost randomly left and said nothing about what should be done with the guild. Unlike frost rogue wanted his guild retired, and I think it should stay that way.

Still no replies from staff members concerning this issue.
