I've got a wicked idea and I suggest everyone follows it. Don't say, "This doesn't involve me", "I don't care/why would I care" <- these forums aren't centered around you and nothing needs to be run past you before it can be posted.

In short: announcing an accomplishment is fine. Announcing your lack of concern is not and only makes you come off like a dickhole. This comes under the, 'Don't be an arsehole' rule.
