Staff on Classic iPhone these days are kinda lazy, and ban many people for no reason.

You make no sense.  

Ya, let's convert over to a rule system that is specific for every circumstance imaginable and punish without treating each circumstance as its own. Sounds like an amazing system.  

Hire all those people who say 200 people say they should be an admin, and 7 people who say they shouldnt. because obviously people want them as admins.
