Wow, seems like a lot more people than I thought have experienced this. I'm glad all my dad does is yell at me lol.  

I understand A good beating, not abuse but disciplinary beating. This does go a bit to far however I think the girls had it coming to them for doing that crap-for-dancing

The kid obviously went against her fathers word. Physical discipline is what she deserved. I've had it, so has my father. It has been in thr father and it is natural. People get angry when you cant put actions to where your words are. Which is why telling people no, again and again doesn't work well enough. "Pain teaches a man not to make the same mistake twice."

As eldon said, somethings can not be prevented by words. I would much rather have my child ruffed up a little than have guys hitting on her for perverted reasons because of a video she posted. I think it could of been handled a little less violent but eldon's point is valid.
