So our only Gani staff not having a functioning computer to make Gani's on is not a valid excuse for not having gani's?

You guys should put out an application for gfx, considering you have 3, maybe four people...

That's funny because I'm pretty sure there is a stickied thread on the Graalians forum, a post at the top of iZone's hiring forums, and a link in mine and iPink's status, as well as various server announcements I and Tashkin have made saying the graphics department is hiring.

Easter (Religious holiday, should be called spring celebrations)

New Year

St Patricks Day

Some sort of summer celebration for when most players are getting out of school

ThanksGiving
Christmas

Most of which are really just to do something seasonal (Easter and St Patty's for spring, Cinco De Mayo for summer, Thanksgiving for Fall, then Christmas for Winter.)  

If no acceptable GFX wants to apply for iZone why don't you go and search some instead and ask them directly then?

That is actually how most of the staff have ended up being hired. But its actually easier to spend time making GFX than going around searching for staff.  

If I had time I'd do gerphernicks.

I never said it wasnt a valid excuse. Its just a overused excuse that often gets abused (sam).

Cinco de mayo for summer? Wtf 4th of julys for summer, more people care about the 4th than Cinco De Mayo.

I have no idea who sam is. And yes Cinco de Mayo is for the summer, 4th of July has a more patriotic feel, while cinco de mayo can be made to have a more seasonal feel.

What dafuq? 4th of july is the god damn definiton of summer, go outside on a bright summer day, go watch a parade, go to the pool then hit the house and fire up the bbq grill, then on the cool night you go outside and launch fireworks. You can not get more summer than that. Cinco de mayo on the other hand is not even close to summer, in fact its not even in the summer, its in may. June 21st is the first day of summer and the 4th of july is after that. Cinco de mayo is not a summer holiday.

Either way, you should stop complaining over what I think is a summer holiday. The amount of content between the two holidays wont be effected by this, sorry if that was unclear.

No, it is not (unless you are really ill, mentally)

I'll show you something:
1 hour - either one new staff or a hat
2 hours - either two new staff or two hats
After you hired someone:
1 hour - either one new staff or two hats
2 hours - eigher two new staff or four hats

Even if it is easier to make some graphics instead of hiring people, it is not worth it. Go and search some staff instead trying to prove something you can't, that's my advice.

Perhaps you can direct me to some good pixel artists that want to work on Zone that can handle a staff position. I don't know a lot of people that are really that good at art that want to work on zone. You are overestimating how easy it is. If you see someone who fits those categories please direct them to me.  

The superbowl has the same amount of graphics as CNY... Pathetic

May 5th is the end of spring?

Not really. The first day of summer is June 21. I think the 5th of May is closer to the middle of spring than it is to the end.
