Comes with a few problems. Those code shop paths could be re-purposed to force people to farm bushes in order to get snacks. Houses would have to be force kept open as long as the candy bowl is placed to prevent people from just trading candy in private houses. I still think it would be cool though and it would promote people decorating their house if festive furniture is released alongside it.

You guys should make a haunted house. oooh scary. Entering the haunted house looking for some kid or something that's important to a man. You go in and blah blah blah. I can't come up with the rest, plus, what else is new in classic it's been 3 months since I ever went to Classic. |

BTW, the candy thing is 20 times better than the egg hunt, so don't totally scrap that

Well, the actual event in general, catching the candies vs. picking up the eggs felt like it required a little more "skill". I'm probably just saying that because I appreciate hitboxes and details because I spar a lot though. I just had more fun learning how to one-shot the candies with the net rather than brainlessly farming Pyrats for eggs. Also, the way the prizes are structured felt a lot better. In the Easter event, you're kind of trapped collecting 50 eggs. If you ever get bored or don't want to finish and you have 40 eggs, you get nothing. With the candy thing, people can set their own goal or do it really casually and still get prizes. If it ever gets boring, you can just walk away from it without feeling like you missed out on something. It's not perfect but if I definitely find it to be more enjoyable than the Easter event. I'm sure the vast majority will say the same thing, but I'm pretty sure it's just because the Halloween event offers way, way more prizes (which is what I think almost everyone cares about the most). |

Flying ghosts with items would be nice, but to much work

I got every single item last Halloween and I think it amounted to 5 full pages of hats and maybe 8-10 items vs. 1 mount you get from Easter I'm not even sure how you would be able to come up with 5 more pages of hats that resemble Halloween without them being boring recolors or just something stupid, so I really don't care much about the prizes but more about the quality of the competition or event But again, that's on the exact opposite spectrum of what everyone else probably wants, which is something insanely easy that gives you a large number of prizes |

For me personally, I found it very frustrating and tedious to compete against 10+ other players for a single piece of candy. While I do agree that the prize system is better than the Easter event, it really doesn't feel 'casual' if you know what's at stake. (5 hat pages + various items and whatnot) What I would like to see is something that's not too time consuming, retains its prize system and can be enjoyed casually or competitively by all participants. According to the general consensus, 'private spawns' for each individual players would attribute nicely, considering that the player count will hover around 2.5-3.5k players during the event. Creating a themed quest or something that revolves around that nature is just a waste of time and content; with Christmas being just around the corner. |

Bring back the other half of Deadwood. It's unfair that my home was replaced with a cliff without a proper eviction notice. I'm still trying to get back on my feet.

All I want is a SnapBack from Halloween that's backwards and an emote of any kind!

Maybe instead of an event we can get a deadwood revamp? That's what I'd really like to see this halloween.

Why is everyone over thinking this? More hats. More mounts. More bodies (Rufus). More items. More things in general. There could also be a costume contest for players like they did for valentines, they could make the players stand in Onnet or deadwood etc. showing off their costumes and giving them a prize. Also, that abandoned house in Onnet could offer as a haunted house or something for the event. |
