Is there a way for a ticket holder to differentiate between their ticket being archived or deleted? Even still, you should at least get a reply to your ticket unless it's spam/irrelevant.

I'm not sure as I've never submitted a ticket, I think it's unlikely that they can tell the difference.

Old protocol dictated that we didn't delete an e-mail/ticket until it had been completely resolved, I assume the same still holds but some staff are being lazy.

Have you been sending pms and got no response, have you posted countless posts in the forums about this well now you can by following the easy steps

1. cause a riot in graal city
2.Start swearin alot
3. pm a staff member offensive pms
4. send legal threats to toonslab to try to replace staff

As others have stated, the entire Graal community, including the staff members, are absolutely volunteers. There is no money involved.
Think of it as going to a job site with no pay.
Having a horrid worker who gets no money from his or her job will not take said job seriously.

Although I understand where you're coming from, especially if you've paid funds to the service, it goes to the Graal owner; not the server staff members.
I suggest you take it up with Unixmad himself in some form, otherwise the problem is never going to get solved.

That's news to me, however.  

I've heard you get paid in gralats, it's probably not true but it would be nice. Also, has anyone heard of Stefan lately? Is he gone or something?

No, they get paid cash, but they have to have been the one that made the server. Servers that were completely copied before being transformed into a wreck like iera, izone and iclassic do not award payment  

Admins aren't paid actual money but they are paid in gralats.

Some managers are paid in cash. Not all though.
Regular staff usually get paid in gralats (in game money for ios) and "gelats" for the pc client crap  

Gelats usually to keep Gold. I remember Matt giving monthly 300 gelats if im not wrong.
And yes, you get paid some gralats to your non-admin account.
