The higher the dexterity level the faster you should mine, cut wood and make fire.

Higher dexterity should allow you to have a quick boost. The higher the dex level, the longer the boost. Higher dexterity level should also allow you to do things like mining and woodcutting faster. I also like the idea of it being used to get up cliffs with a lasso.
