Oh wow, forgot about that >.< sorry about that. Yeah you touch that instead I just forgot where exactly it was because when I got it some kid was standing on it acting stupid.

-free hat at Coop's house (his house on the gmap, not his personal iera house, don't go spamming him to invite you)
-technically a free hat at the flower shop (bring 10 pink carnations to the npc named lollo)

Ok so you just nee to ad the flower hat at the flower shop near mafia, the flower hat a lin's shop, and the poop hat in the turtle park.
