They didnt intervine at all when I was in a 600 hour guild that got transfered and renamed.

Doesn't mean that it's Xor's fault. Maybe the issue was not communicated properly, maybe the issue was not communicated fast enough, maybe certain information was not offered, maybe the conditions for that guild being "stolen" were completely different than what happened with this guild, etc.

Every time I've submitted a support ticket that included sufficient information and was clear and to the point, I've gotten what I needed. The better solution to all of this is to simply stop having your guilds taken.

Did not blame it on xor, was not my guild. You said yourself they will not intervine every time I was giving an example of them not getting involved to prove your point.  

BFM passes leadership to way too many people way too often anyway, I'm pretty sure one of their guilds are bound to get stolen again eventually
Sugar and MeMo helped all 4 of my guilds and I still clenched my buttcheeks every time I passed them leadership

Now a days no one is really trustworthy, even your closest friend or relatives could betray you at any second.
I wouldn't trust anyone with Wing till I actually passed away and it said something involving a descendant in my will.
