But fo' real. I'm always taking feedback and compiling it into documents for the staff to look at.

the first step to fixing era is redoing the economy so it can be play to win.

- The levels aren't bad. They fit the Mafia theme besides Candyland and the Classic House.

- That's where the P2W comes in. Where the BAR is 200k and is assumed as the best gun in the game..Still, the other guns prices are high af for really no reason. No one wants to waste their time digging their whole life away to get high tier guns.

- Yeah, Meph is awesome. Sam is alright...Just the unneeded nerfs and his comments make me wonder why he is a gun admin sometimes. Rec is just eh.

No support
- Well...reports comes in a lot..After all, it is a 2k- 3k server in which players sends reports 24/7.

Also forgot to mention the god awful jobs. The pay is very low and the spawn rate is horrible for the amount of players on the server. Playing this game since 2011, I'm pretty sure most of us will agree that Era in the past was better. Sure we can't go back in the past, but the future was supposed to be bright right? Not to sure..Era is just bland now. Logged on yesterday after not playing for about 2 months just to see small updates. Sure I will play to PK but Era needs some good content updates ASAP. Not small, boring ones.

This server is mainly filled with people under the age of 12 or 13.
Yet for some reason to make gralats by doing in-real life objectives most of them ask for signing up!Most people around that age barely know or have a email address.
(Or have a credit card.....)Still a good way to make easy gralats

Also let throw in a example of how fair it is!
Signing up for "Bevel-A Better Shave" can reward you with 100,000 Gralats! AWESOME RIGHT

Watching a video can reward you with 40 Gralats. Leave it at that.

None of this happens and if it does, management takes pretty quick action regarding an admins position. So, either you're the one trying to get attention or you just have no idea what you are talking about.

No I am not seeking "attention" this thread stated what people don't like about Era and that's exactly what I discuss. You're obviously too full of yourself to realise it, considering you're part of the staff team so you'll do whatever it takes to defend it. Get real, the staff team is corrupted, if not all, some. Stop living in your little admin fantasy world, open your eyes and observe like the rest of us! Take some criticism and try to solve them rather than denying what's happening right in front of your face.

The only admins you ever see on Era, talking to the players, dealing with the reports e.c.t. are the PR's, you can't just make assumptions that the entire team is like that (Developers, GFX Staff, LAT Staff e.c.t.). Yes, you may have had an experience where there was favoritism, but trust me, I don't think this happens often. I am not saying that there is no favoritism on Era, I just don't know of any cases that have happened. If you think that this is happening, just message a higher staff in game with the details - problem solved, they'll look into it. If you don't report it, management can't fix it. All the PR's on Era are super nice, mature and responsible as far as I know them, you may think differently and you are entitled to your opinion.

For future reference, "admins" is a fairly broad term, refine it next time.

I just don't understand why all of you say era is p2w, yet some of the same people who say that also complain about nerfs. Nerfs are done in order to bring guns down to reduce the level of pay to win.
Either just accept that you like paying more to feel better than other players or stop complaining whenever something is nerfed. You just contradict yourself

Cause even after the nerfs, Era is still P2W. Complaining or not, that level of P2W won't ever be reduced with the pitful excuses we call jobs in the game. It's not about nerfing guns. It's about increasing the spawn rate of jobs to better match the players of the server. If someone does not want to pay IRL money for a gun, why make the jobs so crappy where it can take weeks for them to just get that one top-tier gun that they wanted? Look at Ol'West jobs and Zone's spawn rates. Take notes.
