I shower in the morning, sometimes at night as well if I feel gross.
What's the point of showering at night? You're just going to get gross and sweaty while sleeping(plus your hair will get oily overnight), defeating the purpose.

what if your hair doesn't get oily and you don't get sweaty

I shower day and night, if im not at a friends house, i shower midday

Funfact: I just took a shower about a minute ago
