Undercooked meat - 4

i made a sausage pasta bake earlier and i'm PRETTY sure i didn't cook the sausages thoroughly enough.

10/10 both gonna die.

All I have really heard of, when it comes to under cooked/raw meet, is if its a white meat and is very pink, it will most likely have;

Honestly I wouldn't worry about uncooked meat too much, I have never had problems with food poisoning or **** that people talk up like that, I eat drink eggs every night. I tried to cook off of a rock one time but had trouble getting it hot enough so it didn't cook the chicken through at all. I occasionally get hungry while cooking and will eat raw chunks of stuff.

I may just have a solid digestive system though.

I remember when I bought a pizza roll from the canteen and it was frozen af, Holy **** I was disgusted I remember puking up tomato paste and chewed up bacon for 5 minutes straight.

Yah I've never really had food poisoning but it started at around 6AM and still going at 11PM. Starting to think it may be something else.

Dry heaving is terrible, as soon as you go to catch your breathe it just happens again and you desperately try to get air, also a lot of bile is coming out of my system.
