You got one thing right.
There are times when I feel pretty **** but when I hang out with my friends, either IRL on screaming at each other online I don't feel that way. Hell, I hate to admit it but being in contact with just us degenerates could be enough support. Just remember that you aren't alone in this world. |

K so exercise and eating well is one of the best things that helped my depression. I think, if you're struggling with weight than doing something like going on a walk every day, or twice a day(depending on what you're up for), or biking around your neighborhood (just finished five miles today) is a great way to work on the sloooooow process of losing weight. Also adding in my fruits and veggies, while kicking out bad things like chips and stuff, is also a great way to help lose weight. I've been able to lose about 2.4 pounds this week just by eating better and exercising. It's a great way to fight off depression because exercise releases happy chemicals in your brain, and you feel soooo much better physically afterwards. Lifting seems like it could help, as it gives you something to focus on. I've never really done it, but from what I hear it's a good thing to incorporate into your life. |

i found a set of boxing gloves and a home-made sandbag. hula hoop, jumping rope, so i was messing around with them for 30 minutes. damn i feel relaxed and sweating a little. ^this would've been a hell if i was with my father. he push it to the extreme and make me hate it.
haha i envy your writing skill, i bet you can get full scores on SAT English Section. i'm glad that i found graal. if i didn't, i still would've found another game to kill my times. i see graal as a school. school is generally boring, but that changes depends on your classmates. |

Seems you've got no problem telling people what they're acting like even if its pretty far-fetched.

Yeah that's happens a lot. Try not to take it too personally. Its pretty natural for parents to hold high expectations. My mom constantly drones on about how her childhood was so much harder than mine. I ain't denying it but things are different now. |

Seeing from your first post, it seems like you can still fix the problem by changing your lifestyle like others have mentioned on the thread. I honestly think you should fix your sleep schedule as the first step(not sure if someone mentioned it since I didn't get to read every page). I'm not sure how to help you on that, but whenever I have irregular sleep schedules, I usually force myself to stay up until the next day and then try to sleep at 8-10pm. Coffee helps a lot during that time too. I think should join a club at your college/university. I'm sure your school has a club/organization page, where you could look up which clubs that interest you the most. And from those clubs, you'll most likely meet people with similar interests to you once you participate in them, which could lead to you becoming friends with them and spending more of your time around those group of friends. |

Do you feel like your parents are being rude & ignoring you? Why are you so consumed with Graal forums? You sound lonely.

Everyone: Here are some ways you can cheer yourself up, feel better ![]() Antago: America is a land of pirates democracy is a lie Graal is the fall of Rome unixmad is evil OT: As everyone else has said, I think you should find someone to talk to. I think I know how you feel because I feel like that sometimes - lethargic, tired and just feel like doing nothing. I wouldn't call it depression (unless you are feeling sad), maybe just laziness? I would go outside more, take a look walk and go out with some friends. Your best bet is just trying to distract yourself by exercising or hanging around other people. |

I give him the truth, because the problem is the illusion. Same ole same ole is in the stale, the inspiration is behind the veil.
