I would have to say Wildrow Wilson hands down. Because of him the Federal Reserve is a private company that controls our money and does with it as they please with no repercussions. Before this incident the government could shut them down because in its basic form they're nothing but the mob. Before you start thinking this is nonsense, look it up and the island known as Jackyll Island. Which is where the federal reserve pretty much started.
