The problem will always face the server and so far they have coped with it by having a variety of quests from the shovel race to the lengthy Halloween style challenge.  

I think this was already mentioned so i apologize if i repeat it again... But maybe an option for co-op?

Like for every small quest, you can invite a friend to do the quest with you for the charge of 50 gralats. If they accept, they will be summoned to the quest center. Then, you and your friend can do the quest together and both can receive the prize (or an option like the choice of a red skeleton or green skeleton, where each player can select their own option for the reward)

Because having to invite players for free can be constantly spammed so a minimal charge price of 50 gralats would be fair at its best

Actually, that's a huge difference between life and death so that's a horrible and twisted comparison you've come up with sir.. But i see what you're trying to say..

We had decent updates recently... Archery is one in my opinion and the marriage/divorce system actually affected hundred of players recently..

It's better to ask for decent updates than to complain about them.. Admins could put some of these ideas into consideration if it's highly possible ^.^
