Didn't payback get their first gang hat at 1000 hours?
They should work for another 1k hours before they get another one

They got one at 1.5k hours back when they were the first to do it but since then the rules for gangs rewards have changed so they have to get 2k hours to get a hat for 6 people. Also just on a side note the old hat we had sucks anyway X_X.
