Off-topic, but why do people use typing on phones an excuse for bad typing? I have typed 2,000+ word chapters for a story I'm currently writing on my iPhone, with very minimal flaws.

Because the touch screen makes hitting a wrong key easier but if you, Think>Read>Post it should not be a problem.

I was only trying to point out why online dating isn't always good, in my opinion.

Thank you for being a smart member... I apologize as well if my post came off as being rude, I didn't mean for it to be taken as an attack.  

I think it's weird, and if you're like 12 years old and doing it, it is majorly skewing your thought process of how relationships work. I think if you actually know and have met the person irl then its okay. In the end you dont really know who the other person is, my friend dated a "girl" who turned out to be a homosexual 21 year old. I also think its a sign that you are getting way too personally involved in the game.

Neon is almost as overused as Swag, and always has been.

Oh. Sorry if its an over-used excuse. I don't think my typing on that post was THAT bad but if it was sorry if you had to read through a bunch of typo's. But sometimes when typing on smartphone I might not notice mistakes when I can barely see what I'm typing (keyboard takes up most of screen) so that's why I said that. You really type chapters for a story on smartphone? Dang, that's awesome! Haha I don't know if I could do that.. maybe on an ipad but on a phone would be hard.

That wasn't mainly directed at you, just a general consensus of people that claim their typos are due to typing on a phone. Your post was fine ^.^

I think typing is way easier on a phone, try typing on an ipad and you gotta strain your thumbs across the screen, cant imagine how it is for people with small hands. And the split keyboard feels weird and its hard to get used to.

Yup. I actually think I was responsible for derailing this thread lol, but yes, every thread goes off-topic at one point in time.
