I was actually partly hired because of the way that I act here. Also, I'm not a super famous person, people know me as "That kid who AFK's by a tree" So it's not just all biased. Same with EvilXhunter, he wasn't well known at all, no one new him.

I personally think applications should be back. Staff need to suck it up and read there emails (no one said staff was a fun house) your there to work. you have applications to find out information about you, and your maturity level, and how well you work is

I don't know if someone has said this already, but, the application process was taken out because almost all of the staff who were hired with the applications got fired instantly.
They had lied about things in their applications to make them seem like better people for the 'job'. We wouldn't take the application process out for a reason like what you stated.

Thunderstorm isn't staff anymore and hasn't been for a while now. He was also recently hired. Numerous staff recommended him for his maturity, ability to answer questions, etc.  

I want to becuz I love to help and look at things I like to read and stuff so that's y I wanna b PR

It's my first year so I don't know about applications I started in December and my sister said don't apply *egh*

Nice grammar. You can't be PR if you can't even guide yourself to a simple application. I'll have you know that much more worthy people are applying for PR. Just because you like to help and look at things (dumbest reason ever) doesn't mean you can be PR especially since you're to lazy to spell the words, because,why and be. Hate to piss on your dream kid but someone has to be pretty high to even think about hiring you.

Thunder was fired like back in june bro, he hasn't been staff since. Although, I do believe he is working for iGK at the moment.
