This option can be 100% unlikely to happen.
Reason: They already made a feature like this specifically by uploading it from the PC to your iDevice. Relax while they are making new ideas. You know how much it takes for them to update the news. Especially when they are barely making something new.

Not a good idea. For one, it makes hat shops and such special, making uploadable hats would ruin the speciality and rarity of hats in general, and graal would lose quite a bit of staff, since most gfx hirings ive seen have consisted of them making hats, or weapons. Also, alot of staff have their own personal hats, and player uploadable hats would make those public as well. Not to mention losing event hats. Stefan didnt implement it for a reason, guys.
