That's true, besides the free Halloween body, the last body update was Tinay's, and before that, I think it was actually custom bodies (maybe Arlene's shop?).

GETS and Obs as far as ik... which is 2/5 gangs that hit above 4k thats 40% of the gangs that hit above 4K hrs received two hats or more and the other 60% don't want a second or weren't allowed to
