You could make it mandatory for a player to add their birthday when playing for the first time. (Obviously not to be displayed on their profile.) Depending on the age of the player, you could monitor the private messages or make the censorship more strict.

That's the only preventative measure I can think of.

People could just lie and set their age older and get the same messages a 16-18 year old would get

Of course they could, but there's nothing that can be done about that. The people who lie about their age will just be exposed to the same stuff they see now. It's better to do something about it, rather than nothing at all. I think implementing something like this would create a safer atmosphere for the majority.

It's just an idea though. I'm sure there are a lot of ways to prevent young people from being exposed to inappropriate stuff.

I bet you she was standing in start saying something to get those PM's. No one gets that many PM's on that topic without saying anything lol. Anyways, they have a point but honestly, use the report button. I don't know how classic staff is with checking reports, but it is there for a reason. Also emailing those pm's to [email protected] would also help their case, I still doubt they got that many PM's on that topic by just sitting there.

Also, I don't like how they target Graalonline only for such things, this is EVERYWHERE, you can find it on any kids game because that's were *********s go. This seems more of a rant ti make graal look terrible "oh don't let your kids play unless you watch them." Kids should not have access to the internet at all imo.

I talked to these girls last night, they didn't seem uptight or anything, just normal players. I appreciate that they made this video too, because it opened a dialogue amongst the staff on how we should be dealing with this kind of thing. The problems are being addressed now.

This thread explains why I play Zone. I've only got around 3 "Hey, are you single?"/"Do you have kik?" messages. On Classic I get a ton of them. You get so many you just start trolling them. It DISGUSTS me how practically everyone says "Wanna trade pics?" I mean, if they want boobs they should go somewhere else (Kid-friendly mode ON). Also if players (yes girls aswell) want a girl/boyfriend there are dating sites for a reason. To sum it up Graal is a game for a REASON.
But yeah pedos are disgusting.

There’s only so much the staff can do besides if you’re under 18 and your parents are not checking what you do over the internet they have to get most of the blame.
