2. I found the play particularly hilarious. The play was entirely player-run. You lay on the ground and pout about how it was terrible. Well who's fault was that? Not mine, and not my staff! The play was PLAYER done. Players did all the acting, work, etc. I don't see how it's my fault if a couple folks can't get their act together (pun intended). It's not my fault if you didn't enjoy or appreciate it either. My staff worked tirelessly to put together the building, the stage, all the graphics, the scenes, the scripting, etc. As far as I'm concerned, the project side of it was a major success. 3. I suppose I could care less about your life too. I apologize, but you do not and probably never will (sorry, being harsh but you ticked me off bud) have the skills, dedication, or worthiness of being part of this Staff body. I have no personal what-nots that are prohibiting me from taking blame on ANYTHING. If I've done wrong, or my team has, then blame lands where it should. I'm sorry, but as a company, I'm not going out of my way to tell you the stuff that goes on behind the scenes. Frankly, it's none of your business. You should be THANKING us that we communicate freely with you. I don't see you talking daily to WoW Staff, or Google, or any other company for that matter. Can you call up the CEO and Board of Directors for Wal-Mart and pester him about over-priced vegetables and how you'd like $5 off of a video game because you tripped and fell in the parking lot? No, and if you did, I'm sure you'd be the laughing-stock for the day. Yes, we are 100% responsible for our positions. I feel like you're forgetting the most important fact; this isn't a job. This doesn't take precedence over anything else in my life. If Graal does for you, then you have some maturing to do. Now I suggest YOU suck it up, stop whining like a 3 month old, and give POSITIVE criticism instead of bashing. I do believe we listen to our "fans". By "fans", I mean part-time customers. I can't call you full customers because most of you probably use your parents' money to purchase things. And if you don't, then you are running Graal completely 100% free, which means you really aren't a customer at all. We've implemented numerous things that players request. And no, you haven't seen squat. None of our current work is on the main server. Unless you have Development Access (Which I can assure you that you don't), you don't know what's coming out. I could be introducing TellyTubby's tomorrow to Graal and you wouldn't have the slightest clue. There ARE interesting events out there. I can't help it that your attention span is that of a goldfish. CTF is barely used and absolutely enjoyable. Get some friends together and stop whining to me. I am not your parents, I won't tell you what to do when you blab at me that "you're bored". Not my problem. We do actually offer refunds when necessary. There are refunds available for uploaded content. There isn't for content you purchase in game. You have the option to click on the item, and the option to click Buy. There's also an option to click out of the screen. There are no "rare" items. No rare hats, no rare furniture. There's LIMITED EDITION - I think you're confusing the two. Rare signifies that there is worth in an item after purchased. Truth be told, there's no economy to Graal at this current point in time. You can't trade your hat, and you can't trade your table. That being said, how can an item be rare? It can be limited, because there are only a certain number hanging around, but not rare. I hope this answers your questions, concerns, or hate mail. |
