and is it true theirs a limit to presents one person can give to one other person?

Whats this about player made hats plz explain

Last year there was a limt, 5 gifts because people the year before would just go onto a different account and farm 100k and give 200 gifts to their main.

But if they do same as last year with myabe 8-10 limt, and maybe a special event that'll be amazing.

I remember Santa's house in Snowtown, we could collect one item every day.

there were 2-3 hats; every other day gave you gralats...
