Would something like me 200 push-ups everyday do anything to me after a period of time? And also like 200 pull-ups. Maybe more if I'm not too weak.

And yes pullups would, don't do chinups. Chinups mainly work the bicepts, Pullups work shoulders, back, arms, and the L. Dorsi. |

Basically, go your own feel, but if it's really too easy and you don't feel like you worked anything, then that means increase the reps and sets. Oh and by the way, if you have any questions I'd like them under my video xD. But here and/or a PM works fine too. Only reason I ask under my video is because of more recognition from other YouTubers. I'm actually surprised by its statistics quite frankly, because a lot of people I don't even know message me about workouts. It's crazy. But I really do appreciate and love the concerns lots of people are giving toward calisthenics. It really is a fascinating way to start off, and the cool thing is you can do some crazy **** when you get really advanced. Maybe I'll do a tutorial on the human flag pole? Idek. Probably going to work on a new video soon as well for beginner workouts and such. |

As much as I love the transformation, I highly doubt you are 3% body fat. Most body builders are nearly 4% and that's not easy. We aren't talking skinny 150 pounds because that's easy to do. Hell, I am 150 and at 8%. I know this is worse than you but if you want to gain mass, its key to gain weight. Now if you were 200 pounds then yeah it would be beyond impressive. 200 pounds isnt even good enough for the true body builders. We all have different goals tho so maybe you are different. I think its great in terms of your height and weight as its harder as you get taller but in the end, you are a growing teenager or whatever you consider yourself and you havent even hit your maximum development so of course you will gain weight and muscle. I naturally am muscular and I am probably similar to you, an Ectomorph. Secondly, I read some where on here that a person was not a huge fan of supplements, it is a preference but its not cheating or anything like steroids. Really, supplements are pretty natural but instead of having to go drink the left over water from making cheese curds(Whey supplement), you can just drink Whey and get everything you need. My goal is to be 200 pounds at 6-8% body fat which is a normal and very difficult thing to accomplish for anyone unless you are 6 foot and weigh already 220 pounds lol. Again, the age, the height, weight and ect. really effect how truly amazing results can be. Of course you look hot as hell but I just wanted to point this out there because personally, I found myself comparing to other body builders when they are in a whole different situation.

Although, I think you misinterpret a lot of the video. My goal of this video is to motivate others. Although you're not the first to challenge what I stated. You have to remember though, I do not lie or would want to. Also, I to point something out to you. Body builders are completely different to people who strictly participate in calisthenics. You can find a lot of videos on YouTube which can explain it better than I. If I wanted to stack myself then I would've when I started my journey. Cleared the air, but thanks dude! Nice to see someone else with body knowledge around here. But I do suggest researching a bit more on calisthenics as comparing it to strict body building is a drastic change. In fact, look up Frank Medrano. In my opinion, the best person in calisthenics. |
