Look guys, snake right. You guys wouldn't believe how stressful and annoying the job can be at times. I have nearly 3k hours and I've known staff since 30 hours and I still was suprised by the job when I got hired. Its more than just jailing people and doodling around afking while stealthed on a roof. Its helping people even if you're busy, answering questions, listening to complaints, doing events and checking reports and feedback. Every other minute you get a pm asking for one thing or another, especially if you're a pr, which pimpsy isn't. Already hosted events and you'll still get people asking for them. Now, it's not exactly the hardest thing ever, i know that, but it's not as easy as msot people would guess. We're aloud to pk or spar with weaps like lightsaber to ease the stress and have a little bit of fun. If we shelled or did events, people would find some crazy reason to say its abuse. We volunteer most of our day for absolutely no real reward (anything thats virtual is just virtual..) to help make the game better and nice for you players, and jail those who glitch or are very racist or rude, or to do events or make content. When you get hired for PR it means giving up time you could spend chatting with friends, pking, doing events, etc, which most of the teens that make up the game, and make up a bit of the staff team, usually would do. It means giving up your time to make the game more fun and a better game.
I think were entitled to a free lightsaber or m4  

We can't really do anything with the stuff we get, if we kill with the lightsaber it's abuse and if we drop it its a fireable consequence. I don't even use items on my staff account, my two weapon slots are blank.

You can do all that just with an m4. The majority of staff just sit around invisible -.- like we saw in pimpsys 1320 video.

I don't know about you but when i'm making a graphic i'm not unstealthed talking to players  

Personally I don't think staff should be allowed to use OP guns while basing or sparring. Snk agreed with me on this that it's unfair seeing as those are the competition between players. Staff have ganis. Free gold. Ect ect. Idc of they have the weapons and pk and do events with them, but basing and sparring should be a equal event on which a gun or melee that can't be obtained by everyone should not be used.

I agree.
I only base/pk/spar with my BAR or Lexel Rifle.

You act as if I really want to work there... I work there in order to aid their development reach a new standard and help them with projects; not to fulfill a personal goal other than expanding my capabilities.

BAHAHAHA! We were grouped there in order to celebrate the occasion, we went back to our staff duties after that.

Also, I primarily use my M4, I barely even use the extra non-released weapons. I've been using the M4 since they were crab spawns...

It isn't really, as long as they destroy it when they want to get rid of it, and they don't abuse the item in competitions.
