I blame global warming. The heat put an admin in a bad mood and they got annoyed by jester (however impossible that may be) and banned him while then proceeding to lick water out of his dogs water bowl. Call me sherlock ^.^  

Server Harrassment? How does a player get banned for server Harrassment? Seems like something someone added on to make the ban seem more legit. I see people harass players all the time. No reason to ban someone for it....maybe a small amount of jail time....
