Folly will not be made staff so i don't know what this is all about.

In the end i did put in bold lettering at the bottom to copy/paste and fill out the application, and EMAIL it to [email protected]. He chose to not comply with the rules and skype it to MattKan. So your goal is....?

You really should pay attention when you read. I never make promises, ever so when did i make one? Poetic can apply if he wants to NEXT time i hire, i just hope he learns to follow simply directions by then. Even with out our petty mistakes, he still did not apply correctly, therefore disqualifying himself BEFORE he was 100% hired.

And i'm pretty sure i'm not fired because 1, it wasn't entirely my fault, 2, it's not the end of the Graal world buddy so you can calm down, things can be fixed, and avoided in the future. And 3 is, i will no longer give my 'Asst' any trust to be responsible, assist and go about their job, CORRECTLY. Anything else you need to dramatize ?

I know, it's not relating to bans, and it's out of the game itself, it's in Skype, so it's not breaking that rule.

If that rule means that we can't post any incriminating evidence of staff or anything true that makes staff look bad...
Go to the original hiring zone patrol thread, look how he got that one closed for him....

as you can see, ive already addressed and youll see others agree with me that in the first place my posts broke no rules, unless you interpret the rules to say staff are off limits to criticism or the revealing of truths about them.

you announced it publicly, naming him, then went back on it when you actually checked after the fact he was announced fired. he somehow was 100% hired when he was announced, all by a single recommendation you asked for.... then you go and do afterwards what you should have done before announcing, and checked if the protocol was followed.

now unless the manager of izone prides himself with protocol stating you should hire based on a recommendation and never check the application untill after you announce he is hired, that means that you were the one that made the mistake, and he should still be hired, and you should be punished for your mistake which you took out on your assistant who was innocent.
