There could be food cards that are able to buff your monster cards. Give your slime blob card a beer to improve attack and lower defense. Give your crab card a burger to heal 3 hearts. Stuff along those lines.

Card types will be very similar to Hearthstone, with a sprinkle of Pokemon included. This was my idea: Summons - the "minions" of this game NPC cards - Similar to Supporter cards in Pokemon and Spells in Hearthstone Attributes - Buffs and effects that you can add to your Summons Those were the ones I had in mind. Coco and I discussed in PM that maybe not every Gralat type should be included. Green, red, gold, purple, black, and cyan/rainbow (that last one is up to Coco) is what the idea was. As for battling, I assume mechanics will be fairly similar to Hearthstone, although we should try to build around deck builds. Another idea was that you can have as many green cards you'd like, a maximum of 30 red and gold, 15 purple, 10 black and maybe just one ultra rare/epic card. This would mean that Gralat color would be determined by both rarity and how strong the cards are. Thoughts? EDIT: Also had ideas for card classes: Socializers Sparers Artists PKers/Player Killers Towerers? Administrators? (This one would be the important people) As for the Attributes idea: Food Hats Items Weapons If anyone feels Attributes and NPCs are a bit similar, we could merge them into one big "Helper" group and give each item/NPC a special category (very similar to Pokemon) |

it would be nice to have players in the cards and make it much more friendlier, but don't use players. people are gonna rage because they aren't in the card or their card is weaker than others and a lot of people come and quit. it's hard to select few. |

Okay I made the card slightly taller, added a window for the moves (I liked what pharaoh did so I implemented it into my idea), and added some cuts in the tiny scroll. Also made colors for rarity. I made a lot so you guys can pick which ones you want to keep or w/e. I think a rainbow card would be a pain in the butt so I had the gralat color changed along with the card color. I want to make designs in the background or something as the card gets rarer. So pick whatever ones you prefer to have or if you want them all or something so I can start doing that. Also gimme ideas for designs. I still want to keep it simple since the graal styles are pretty simple, but I want to add something to make the rarer cards look kewler. Also just thought maybe we could add weaknesses and types like pokemon cards lel that's as far as that idea goes though...no idea what kind of types there would be lol...unless "sparrer", "socializer", "artist" etc were types! i.e. socializer is weak against sparrer...sparrer weak against admin...admin weak against socializer... heh i dunno.. |
