But I like the idea of forcing it. We live in the new era. We mostly use wireless computers laptops and phones aren't on lines. We need to move on from wired headphones and go into wireless Bluetooth headsets.

So lets get rid of desktops and landlines! Nope, while the others may be more appropriate at times they're not always the best option.  

I don't even use wired earphones anyways. I blast my music wirelessly too with Bluetooth speakers. I'm definitely upgrading no doubt.

Also keep in mind, Apple's 10th anniversary is around the corner, so they might compensate for the headphone jack (who knows).

u ziptie the adapter to your headphones dummie, then u stop charging and using ur headphones at the same time like a neanderthal.

That's funny cus my S7 edge has a higher proof rating than this iPhone and I still got a headphone jack.

I think removing wired headphones was a great move.

Honestly, wired headphones of any sort are annoying and the wire just gets in the way most of the time, wireless headphones allow more flexibility and more comfortable listening as well as allowing you to listen further from your device.

Also, the sound quality is supposedly much better.

Yeah now you can **** yourself off without the cord getting in the way!

Also wireless sound quality will NEVER beat wired. Wherever you heard that had no clue what they were talking about. This ignorance is what I'd expect from iPhone users anyway so it doesn't surprise me.

I mean the iPhone 6s is still a thing **** even the iphone SE is still better than the iPhone 6s. Go get that iphone 5 with better stuff than a 6s.

I shall. Got it release day back in March and its still the best phone I've had in years. Battery life, display quality, camera, and the aesthetic overall is perfection imo. The OS could be cleaner though.

The Note 7 turned out to be an (overblown) disaster so I'll be holding on to this until the S8 unless Google reveals something amazing for the Nexus line next month.

Yeah that stuff is crazy they lost so much money over it and flights are telling people to not bring their note 7 in. That is crazy stuff!!!!!!

Didn't stay up to pre-order  

Can't wait for my iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black. Didn't want to wait an extra month for the Jet Black version plus I wouldn't have liked smudging.
