seriously people call of duty sucks, lol last weekend i went by gamestop to pick up black ops 2, thinking it would be a great game i was dissapointed by how much crap it was. Very imbalanced, killstreaks more OP than PBP, multiplayer maps = donkey crap, and perks are OP (always will be). The next day i go back to gamestop, sold it for 50$, then went home and played black ops. Black ops by far was the best call of duty. Only things good about BLOPS2 was zombies and campaign. |

I can't speak for Halo, but the reason CoD is not known for skill is because its got quick time to kill , instant bullet hits and low recoil. From what I've played it takes knowledge of the maps (and basic FPS skills) rather then knowing to play the game. It's mainly because the concept is so simple. Theres no vertical movement, no high speeds, and barely any teamwork even in team deathmatch. It's not a bad game, it's a fun dumb shooter to play but the FPS mechanics don't have as high of a skill ceiling.

newsflash: FPS games outside of the oldschool PC era are ****. they tag on single player prices for what's basically multiplayer with garbage single player modes. the last good true FPS is probably CS...and CS:GO kind of sucks compared to 1.6 |
