Thats absolutely fin, i have questioned many things too, but i dont say anything and i try to take it upon myself to talk why i believe not about something specific, and dont resort to a harsh opinion.
I feel like you have good intentions but you are going about it the wrong way :/

Seriously speaking, I feel that we got of on the wrong foot. This fight shouldn't be Cody and I vs you, in the end don't we all want the same thing? We want to see Zone succeed and there's no benefit in suppressing our voices in the process. So Roswald let me ask you this question, Do you think Chelt and Tay are doing a good job?

We can accomplish a lot more on the same side, so how about we find some common ground and establish what really needs to get done to fix Zone?

I dont know how long ago you guys were fired, but everyone in the staff team (including zp's) had a huge meeting and we listed our own ideas and voted for what we wanted. I do like how it is being managed currently. Now that may be a new thing, and thats why you guys thinks managing is bad atm but i like it.

I don't recall a voting process when we were there, however I do remember listing and writing down lots of information on ideas and those ideas were neglected. Actually all ideas were neglected except for the vision of one. If the voted idea is actually carried out then that is a good step towards moving out of a dictatorship and more into a democracy. But I don't think it should be strictly staff ideas. Players have plenty of good ideas about the direction of the server. If you filter out the bs then you can easily identify the good ideas that many of the players have suggested. I'd like to see the player base included more on the vote. It's small enough to where something like that can easily be carried out.

I mean, you gotta pick and choose what battles to fight, but I think it's a disservice if you don't speak up about problems that you deem important. You don't need to say anything publicly (unless you think you should) but you should bring it up to the proper people in the team. I've had that happen a few times that there were issues that I thought were so big that I had to make management deal with it. Sometimes, though, management didn't deal with it and I had to decide what to do from there. Anyways, no one wants a yes-man who blindly follows the leadership. Zone won't improve if its own staff won't speak up and recognize the problems that it faces.

I was fired relatively long ago <3 and Cody was fired pretty recently but I can assume Tay has already told you this (One thing he's actually done for Zone is start a gossiping club!) Sure, it sounds nice that you have a voting process but how many of your ideas will actually get done? With Tay and Chelt in office I'll assume 0.

With how it is now we are encouraged to do so, but i meant to say to Cody there are situations where i feel like my idea for a holiday couldve been better, but the majority goes the other way. Thats how life is, i didnt complain, i voiced what i wanted and it went into a better path.

Just trying to get him to relate and see how it happens to everyone but he didnt go the best way about it i love how the team is rn

Ahh sorry for the misunderstanding. I stopped reading most posts since this thread became a **** storm. I thought y'all were talking about serious internal problems, rather than content ideas.

I get what you are saying about ideas for holidays. Petty stuff like that shouldn't be fought over. Stuff that actually impacts the player base and the game play is stuff that should be fought over. People calling other staff members trash or telling them their lives are worthless is stuff that should be fought over. Rosewald you and I can relate on such a small level it's not even funny. I'm not trying to say this to sound mean or anything but our two experiences of zone have been different. I joined and within a day the entire team was fired by Carlito. I watched as newly made friends were fired over nothing, as new management was put into power that wanted to pursue the wrong things, and as my friends turned on me just to try and climb the leadership ladder. I'll stand by what I said earlier. I have the right to be harsh towards the team.  

tho even if we all admit cheltay are bad managers they doing better than delt/bomy/graal the adventure/pc era/graal kingdoms/maloria and other waste of time servers etc etc.

lol you're saying at least an iOS server is doing better than a PC server. Well.. yeah. But that's not enough. If you're even comparing an iOS server to a PC server, than that iOS server has problems.
