I was just wondering if they could be converted into actual currency instead of online currency.  

Just like you could hypothetically sell your account to someone, I could hypothetically sell my gelats to someone who wants to play pc graal. You can exchange anything for real life currency if you want to honestly.  

What I meant was actualling converting such as converting Euros into Pounds, not selling
