No, he wouldn't. No one would say their job is for experience. Doesn't mean some wouldn't take the job for that very reason.

AFK... then get reconnect screen... reconnect and now you are in a different place.

If it does the fake disconnect for afk you shouldn't get warped to angel clan/swamp.
