I disagree. If they are capable of doing their job, what's the problem? My only problem is when the manager isn't from iZone because he can't possibly know enough aspects of Zone to know what decisions need to be made for the server. ZPs, GFX, Levels, Coding, all of those departments should be capable of working for Zone if they never even played zone (levels being the only exception sometimes, although leveling doesn't take much skill..)

Leveling takes as much skill as graphics do. You need to work with a tileset given to you, and if the tileset has a high skill level you need a high leveled lat to work with it. You need to work with the tiles, to add them in the right combination to fit the occasion. You can't make a castle all huddled up, while you can't make a hut all gorgeous and big and clean. You need to make the players feel what they are playing, and you only have a limited ammount of tiles to work with. Unlike the graphics artist who have every single colour and shade they need. We have to see if new tile combinations clash, how we can combine new things and create something inspiring. We have to make sure all dimensions fit correctly and the npcs match what you currently are building. I put my heart into every single level I design, I think about every tiny dot I put up somewhere in that level. I give it a heart and I give it a mind. It takes me a long time to create a fully detailed and perfect level. But I invest that time, and oh you it takes a lot more talent and practice then you would expect. Yet if you have a tileset like Zones for example, you have to build the very same buildings every bloody time. You can't change 'em up, cause they can't be changed up. They are made like that on the tileset, I can be done with a Zone level in a few minutes honestly. But leveling with a good tileset is not easy, my friend

Because most staff on here aren't even capable of replying with a question. I already asked her a question 3 weeks ago and she didn't reply. Most of the ZPs on here are only interested in hosting and then calling it a day. The only ZP that actually answered questions from me was Idarkness, who got fired by Carlito.

Most of the ZPs have experience on iZone, though. Sounds like a management/hiring problem once again, rather than simply hiring ZPs from other servers being the problem.

I made levels. I'm aware of leveling skills requires. My statement about leveling was pertaining to iZone. I never leveled with other tilesets. I did try actually with classic's, but that was early on and I didn't try long. I admit classic's is much harder. Zone's is a peice of cake and requires no skill, just awareness of the locations of different tiles on the tileset. The only skill needed is coding for NPCs. Yet iZone still has a **** load of messed up tiles where corners aren't right and all that. I have an eye for detail, so that part comes naturally to me, making sure it all connects right. Didn't mean any offense when I said leveling takes no skill, because I meant leveling on Zone takes no skill.  

Regarding the "make zone great" idea, staff will always talk about how great they're doing and stuff, but idk how yall expect people to believe that when this game is still full of bugs that should've been fixed ages ago, we never get the vip stuff on time, most are really inactive or don't do much, when good ideas come they're just ignored, and the miniscule ones are done asap, yall don't answer pm's, yall have these really screwed up priorities, poorly planned and rushed ideas, yall fire the useful people, and don't respect other staff members nearly as much as yall should. This is all fact from my experiences here, and many others can agree with this as well. What needs to change is yall need to stop lying to us, and especially stop lying to yourselves that you're doing a good enough job, yall need to really step back and see how yall are operating things. If yall cant change how yall work, then this game can't change for the better. At this point, things are getting bad to the point where i had to pm alex on my player acc to get somethings nerfed and changed up because it just needed to be, and i'd even accept my job back just because someone needs to do it, and do it right, but there wouldn't be any point to me coming back if this all keeps up since itll just restrict me from doing my job, i had so much good things coming and that all shouldnt go to waste because im being held back, or fired, when trying to do it.  

I only have one last idea we need to hack into the servers delete the current staff and make staff accounts for us

So if I asked Nikki how much an -insert gun name here- costs she would know? Zps need to be knowledgeable about Zone for a reason. Levels, Coding, GFX, and all the other positions could apply instantly, idc. I think they should just be quizzed about Zone before being instantly hired.

I disagree, Zone Patrols don't exist solely for answering player's questions. Some questions are easily answered just by going to the shop that sells the guns and you don't necessarily have to ask the question to the staff when you have a couple hundred other players to interact with.

The main purpose of this role is to look out for bugs, rule breakers and hackers and jail / ban them. ZPs can always learn about zone over time, there is no point hiring a guy who knows about zone but ends up not doing his job at all.

There a plenty of apparent bugs that ive complained about for months, like ALL OF OUR NEW PLAYERS ARE GETTING STUCK ON TOP OF THE SHOWDOWN ROOF AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET DOWN, WHO WOULD CONTINUE TO PLAY A GAME LIKE THIS WHERE YOU GET TRAPPED WITHIN YOUR FIRST 10 MINUTES ONLINE? Zp weren't doing that great of a job, people like idarkness and nikki we're the few good ones.

Also, no, you cannot expect to benefit off of a pay2win aspect, especially in this game. I had a plan to prevent this and still make even more money, thats why i was so against carlito trying to add this idea in, cuz i know for a fact its not going to work, word already spread around and people are 100% against this  

Only possible way I can see people actually coming to a server and staying with a high player count is a variety of guns and weapons with unique bullets and abilities, forcing a player to spend money on a item without giving them a good job to even get money for it is how u lose players, zone is unique and all but server unstable

you seriously don't think it's too hard to get gralats on Zone, do you? Zone has many jobs, more than every server, and they're pretty easy. Getting gralats is already easy, and even easier when trading is involved.

I agree, please stop hiring Delteria staff. In fact, fire them all. Carlito was a good example of why to not have staff from other servers be positions in a game they don't play.

You are totally wrong about this.
I was a iEra player who started playing iZone as a staff first.
Look at me now. Took sometime but I understand the game.

Also, if i'm correct, the gmap is glitched because of all the broken scripts.

you seriously don't think it's too hard to get gralats on Zone, do you? Zone has many jobs, more than every server, and they're pretty easy. Getting gralats is already easy, and even easier when trading is involved.

Getting trash gives little play, graalian anyone can get during mission 9, killing Alien ships is a chance, delivery boxes are hard to get to destination,showdown is a chance if people don't know how to shoot, very hard for a starter to work there way up without needing the use of ZC in trade tables

West has 4 different jobs that pay up to 36-50 if you are a hard worker and has like 4 other mini jobs to do for money west is the easiest server to get money

Also when auction time comes around spending 300-400k gralats on a auction item, era auction goes high but within the 75-200k Gralat range and sometimes over just a bit depending on the item
