For spinning, there is none. All 100% personal preference, but I myself prefer the Buster CYL and the Seven G3. For writing, probably a Waterman 52 Flex or Waterman 7.

I've always enjoyed using fountain pens. Not sure why, but the way they write is just so fantastic.
