Ok, let's say they do record their screens with gyazo or even a section of their screen with it. Maybe they already do. How would we know?

They probably still wouldn't show you. Their screen probably has a host of staff tools that they don't want you seeing on it.

I'm about 100% sure they don't do this otherwise players, yes there are only a few wrong cases, wouldn't get banned.
For example, me. There's no proof to show I was hacking, but there's no proof to show I wasn't.
I'm still banned because an admin who has little knowledge about game mechanics and spar's word is greater than mine.

How do you know 100% there isn't any if they won't tell you?  

BTW, you don't need to be a top notch sparrer to know when someone is hacking. You can't just say "this admin doesn't know how to do the C sparring technique so he shouldn't have banned me".

Totally, but anyone can be wrong. And more often than not, it's those who aren't familiar with spar.
A lot of players could watch someone like zid spar and call him a speed hacker, but those who spar a lot would know that he's not.

tl;dr a lot of admins don't know the difference between speedhacking and whacking your ijkl buttons real fast whilst using blink etc

Might as well gather proof in this case to further investigate it in case the admin was in the wrong.  

I am in agreement that there is a lot about the game that we, the players, have made our own, so to speak. Whether it being spar techniques, tower strategies, ways to earn gralats, furniture tricks, or even status coding, I definitely believe (and have seen evidence of) the fact that many admins and devs just are.. out of touch with several aspects of the game that we, the players, have essentially defined, ourselves.

(I didn't read the whole thread. I'm just making a point that seems relevant to the discussion)

I'm going to guess that they would never guarantee a reason due to legal liability issues. It would be extremely difficult to be able to pay enough GPs, on a professional level, to be on 24/7. When you're working with volunteers, you can't guarantee their behavior because there is very little realized risk to being an asshole at that point in most peoples' lives (~14yo), and especially because volunteers, particularly minors, don't depend on a paycheck. Therefore, you're going to get a significant amount of false positives, and you can't provide any reason for anyone to place fault on you because that creates a potential argument for legal liability. I imagine it would cost more money than otherwise to officially support the requirement of providing evidence of volunteer staff members.

Your estimation is grossly exaggerated; the cost of hiring a full time GP can be worked in given the amount of revenue. $100,000 a month. For $5,000 you can build a reporting system. For $2,000/month you can hire one full-time GP. Heck, you could find some shmos for $1600. You could certainly afford on $1600 a month a plethora of GPs, and really you only need one. A miracle seriously needs to put me in charge ... This is ridiculous and the estimations Ive been reading on here are grossly untrue.  

I read all the previous pages but can't find it in me to copy paste every quote, so instead I'll just reply to the statements I remember most..

• Droid's suggestions on how to report was pretty spot on IMO, and if I could rep him I would but apparently I've rep'd him recently and not enough people in between.

• Albie, your support ticket actually will be offensive to the staff reading it because you're stereotyping the staff as though they can't spar or know less about sparring than yourself. Rob aka NaS and Carlito aka MysticalDragon will probably be the ones reading your toonslab ticket and I still remember when those guys used to spar with some of the best of them. I was at my prime in sparring before I was ever staff too.

• Anybody and or any staff member who believes the word of someone because they are staff is highly encouraged to enroll in some courses and read some good books on customer service just after you've taken a moment to pull your head out of your... It's not as if staff on Graal go through any kind of background checks or mental evaluations to really gauge if they are qualified or not.

• I often find the way most people treat and talk to or about staff can be disrespectful even IF the staff were paid very well, monetarily.

• Staff should definitely have access to PM's but only for cases being reported because of something said or threatened via PM.

• Whichever free programs that were recommended to record could be utilized by training Admins (free youtube tutorials ftw). This essentially exposes, while at the same time solving the question of how capable the Admins are early on during their training. Also helps identify the evidence to show if our paying customers/players are really innocent or not.

• GOAT wins the 2016 "White Knight Award" for coming to the rescue of Ablie by not having this thread deleted.

 

I guess that admin that keeps still in the arena room is watching to see who needs to be banned...

Promise there aren't any there. Otherwise countless unsolved reports would have been settled.  

Realistically banning for cheating is a bad practice; I personally feel that cheating adds something to the game. There are certain cheats that would not be okay, obviously

What? Any sort of cheating is bad... Unless you are doing it to punish a cheater.

What?? Cheating is NOT okay. Under any circumstances wtf. Cheating adds nothing of value to any games. Specially with Graal Classic, as it's been said before sparring is based only on skill. Any sort of enhancing would completely unbalance the fairness of sparring.

Delaying is the current meta for sparring, sadly.

70%, probably, of the current sparrers would strongly disagree with you. With delay, you don't even have to be good to have a good ratio.
