Ok. For the past 3-4 days,it's taken me at least 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours just to get to sleep.Yesterday, I was able to sleep for maybe 1 hour then I wake up and stay awake for 3 hours tops. Is there a way to maybe solve this sleeping problem?
Don't look at bright screens before you go to bed. You can also try working out at night or taking a shower at night. Both make me feel relaxed and comfortable, which makes laying down and going to sleep feel that much better.

I just went to take a shower and I'm about to go to sleep. Hopefully your method will work and I won't have to suffer staying up.
